A biological perspective on interpreting interaction effect

چکیده
Factorial experiments are commonly employed in agricultural research as other branches of applied sciences. In these experiments, inferences related to the interaction essential. However, many researchers still unable analyze this type experiment and interpret results correct way. This is because focus on interpreting main effects although there a significant effect. Of course, meaningful can exist even presence an interaction, especially if interactions do not affect effects. Therefore, it extremely important understand thoroughly which situations only effect(s), cases interpretation will be effect significant. study, evaluating factorial has been discussed detail, studies animal science. It also focused importance considering both statistical practical significance while analysis results.

15 صفحه اولA biological perspective on memory
This issue contains an expansive purview of the biology of memory. Coverage includes a broad range of phyla and species — from bacteria (Escherichia coli) to plants (Arabidopsis) to animals, including invertebrates — Drosophila, stink bugs, wasps, and ants — and vertebrates — mice, rats, monkeys and people; of biological levels of analyses — gene regulation, signal transduction, cellular/synapt...
متن کاملHost-parasite interaction of phytoplasmas from a molecular biological perspective
Phytoplasmas are plant pathogenic bacteria that are transmitted by insects. We examined several molecular biological findings involved in both plant–phytoplasma interactions and insect–phytoplasma interactions. (i) The complete genomic sequence of the phytoplasma suggested that the genome encodes very few metabolic functions, implying that the consumption of metabolites by phytoplasmas in plant...
